Set a steam chord mapping to F11. That way it is global and you can always access it. This is assuming that you added yuzu to steam as a non-steam game. If you have not then you should do that first. Its very likely its the yuzu dev's fault, who hide behind the "we cant guarantee it working with 3rd party software" tag, and thus likely to ever work - lest the users find the cause, and/or fix themselves.
